Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, Tora is happy to accept returns, provided that the item is returned within seven days of receipt and is unused.

Returns must be sent back at the sender's cost and a full refund (excluding the original postage charge) will be offered once the returned item has been inspected. If goods are received faulty or damaged, a full refund, including the cost of original postage, will be given, but the cost of returning the item will still be at the sender's expense.

Any items that are received faulty or damaged must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt. We regret that due to our product nature, we cannot accept returns for items said faulty or damaged after this time.
