Cancellation Policy

If, whilst waiting for a pre-order item, you decide to cancel your order with Tora, that is no problem. You can mark your order as "cancelled" using your account login details.

However, please note that your payment will not be refunded automatically. You must also email billing@torablades.com quoting your invoice number so we can manually process the refund for you.

Please note that if the goods have already been shipped, you will need to refer to our "returns" policy.
