Cancellation Policy

If, whilst waiting for a pre-order item, you decide to cancel your order with Tora, that is no problem. You can mark your order as "cancelled" using your account login details.

However, please note that your payment will not be refunded automatically. You must also email billing@torablades.com quoting your invoice number so we can manually process the refund for you.

Please note however that Special Order Kukri are non-refundable once the kukri is in production.  You can cancel, but they are subject to a 100% cancellation fee due to hours and special materials that go into producing these kukri.

Please note that if the goods have already been shipped, you will need to refer to our "returns" policy. Special Order items are not eligible to be returned.
