Tora kukri are traditional handmade kukri, made in Nepal, and not the usual export and tourist kukri found on many other websites. Tora strives to make kukri to the traditional specifications as per the original models.

For an easy way to sharpen your kukri please watch this video.

We strongly recommend that the wooden parts on all kukri are treated with the appropriate oil and wood treatment prior to use.

Please note that because all of our kukri are hand-made, variances in size, weight, wood colour, chakmak & karda style etc may well occur. You must be 18 yrs and over to purchase any knife or sword.

Please note that the kukri are now sent directly from Nepal.

Excellent!

I am not an expert in kukris but I have some experience of knifes. This one is of excellent quality ! Very good balance and truly a useful tool. But it is to heavy for military use as a weapon. I recomend it. It is a piece of art!Viktor Pylypenko (27 Apr 2021, 07:51)

Amazing. Deadly. Beautiful

The Sherpa Sirupate is as close to perfection as you can get. The entire package is top notch. This Khukuri is equal to any high end knives I own at a fraction of the cost. The weight and comfort in the hand feels like an extension to my arm. The polish and shape of the blade complemented with the stunning grain of the handle is a work of art, yet pure form follows function. Can't wait to put it to use. Will purchase more Tora Blades. Beautifull khukuri

This truly is a beautifull khukuri, im not sure what I like best because everything is done so well. The weight/length ratio is spot on, the handle not only feels great but looks like a piece of art in itself, the sheathe is solid and feels like it will last a lifetime. Overall I dont think pictures can do this khukuri any justice, you really need to get your hands on this thing. Jordan (7 Sep 2017, 11:58)
