Cancellation Policy

If whilst waiting for a pre-order item you decide to cancel your order with Tora, that is no problem. You can mark your order as "cancelled" using your account login details.

However, please note that your payment will not be refunded automatically and you must also send an email to billing@torablades.com quoting your invoice number so that we can manually process the refund for you.

Please note that if the goods have already been shipped however, you will need to refer to our "returns" policy.
